Our hunt for the quintessential coaster took us straight to the leather workshop of Colin Campbell at McRostie. What makes a perfect coaster? For us, a simple roundel in thick, stiff bridle leather does the trick better than anything else. A beautiful balance of animal softness, toughness and durability.
