Giulia Gentili Limpet Pins

Pewter-cast from limpet shells collected on Yellowcraig beach, Giulia’s pins are poetic and whimsical. Who doesn’t want a limpet stuck to them for a wry dose of emotional support? There is something deeper at play too of course, as Giulia explains: ‘I am interested in the ever-changing relationship between people, nature, time and material.’ The limpet pins are solid and pleasingly weighty - they benefit from being attached to a sturdier fabric so they sit upright with pride.
