We commissioned Soorin Shin of Wobbly Digital to design a range of kilt pins that moved beyond the traditional motifs of war, power and patriarchal authority. Translating the Scottish tradition through her eco-feminist lens, she suggested the altogether more peaceful emblems of a butterfly and a fish, and we were hooked. Available in four colours, 3D-printed using bioplastic, the kilt pins make beautiful features of a kilt corner, lapel or woolly jumper, fastened using a traditional chromed kilt pin.
